Walk up early in the morning and drink water 2.Do exercise for 1 hour and drink lime juice with honey or mosambi juice with out sugar. 3.Do breakfast by 9'O clock 4.Eat healthy food for every 2 hours so that you don't feel hungry. 5.Do exercise at lest for 1 hours in the evening. 6.Do not have oily food . 7.eat dinner by 8'O clock and don't have curd at night times.
