hemodialysis method of purifying blood

When kidneys fail impurities in blood increases which leads to death of the person. There is a process called hemo-dialysis in which blood will be purified out side the body. Hemodialysis machine is used to purify impure blood.
    We use two methods for purification of blood that is Diffusion process and Ultra filtration process .After this two methods blood will be purified it is removal of urea, excess fluids will be done. While diffusion and ultra filtration process a semipermeable membrane will be kept between blood and dialysis solution.

As we can see in the above figure blood will be collected from our body through arteries and purified blood will be sent back to the body through veins.Arterial pressure will be shown in monitor dc pres ion arterial. Here pressure will be negative.Then this blood passes through the pump which has two rotors which will work with low current motor.the two rotors  will be continuously moving.with this the rotors make the tube become thin which leads to increase in pressure.Then heparin will be injected in down steams which removes clotting of blood .then this blood passes into dialiser in which diffusion and ultra filtration will be done and blood will be purified. In diffusion the semipermeable membrane does not allow wastes to pass through it,in this process wast will be removed then in ultrafiltration excess fluid will be removed .Then air detector is used to detect if any air is present are not. A clamp detector is user to remove air in blood. Now this purified blood will be sent back to patients body.
